Wander South Rentals — Oxford, MS

1. Booking Agreement

By placing a reservation with Wander South Rentals, you (the guest) agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions, including house rules and payment policies. Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment via your chosen platform (Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, Expedia, Google, or direct booking).

2. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in: 3:00 PM CST

Check-out: 11:00 AM CST

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and approval in advance.

3. Occupancy

The number of guests must not exceed the number listed on the reservation.

Additional unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Minimum age for primary renter is 21 years.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation policies may vary depending on the booking platform used. Please refer to your specific listing on Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or Google for exact terms. Wander South Rentals will honor the policy applicable to your platform at the time of booking.

5. House Rules

No smoking inside the property

No parties or events

No pets unless explicitly allowed in the listing

Guests must follow all local laws and regulations

6. Pet Policy

At Wander South Rentals, select properties are pet-friendly, and we’re happy to welcome your furry companions — as long as a few simple guidelines are followed:

✅ General Pet Rules

Pets are only allowed at designated pet-friendly properties (please check the listing description before booking).

A maximum of 2 pets is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved.

A non-refundable pet fee may apply (see specific listing or contact us for details).

Pets must be house-trained, well-behaved, and supervised at all times.

Please clean up after your pet, both indoors and outdoors.

Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture.

No excessive barking or disruptive behavior.

Aggressive pets or those with a history of biting are not permitted.

🧼 Cleaning & Damage

Guests will be responsible for any pet-related damage or excessive cleaning.

If damage or extra cleaning is required, additional charges may be applied after checkout.

6. Damages & Security

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Charges may be applied for repair or excessive cleaning. Platform-specific deposits or insurance policies may apply (e.g., Airbnb AirCover).

7. Right to Cancel or Modify

Wander South Rentals reserves the right to cancel or modify any reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, including maintenance, weather, or safety concerns. In such cases, guests will be notified and fully refunded or offered an alternative stay when available.

8. Liability Disclaimer

Wander South Rentals is not liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or theft during your stay. Guests are responsible for securing the property and their personal belongings.
